Goals
1. Spiritual health - Know God more in a personal way. A. Read entire NLT Bible following the M'Cheyne Bible plan B. Pray 30 min twice a week C. Read devotionals everyday (Standing Strong thru theStorm + God's Plan for my Life) D. Memorize a verse every week (Remember me app)
2. Mental health - Be a better man everyday. A. Read 10 pages of a good self-help / nonfiction bookeveryday. B. Dual N-Back - 3 sessions everyday
C. Listen to audio books during commutes
3. Physical health - Be fit. Exercise 5 days a week for 20 min sessions (2-3 dedicatedto lifting weights; 2-3 dedicated to exercise bike)
4. Emotional health - Be thankful. Write 3 things I am thankful for everyday (blog)
5. Relationships - Be a positive influence.
Show appreciation towards one person everyday.
6. Finances - Be financially independent
Pay off my student loans in one year and be debt-free by putting in at least $3300 every month.
7. Career
A. Read Pharmacist letter every month with CE.
B. Aim for BCPS certification after working 3 years in the hospital.
