I decided to put my thankful posts on paper that way I engage more of my mind, commit it more to memory and put more careful thought into it. For some reason writing by hand just has that impact.
I'll blog more about habits I've developed in order to keep that positive slight edge in my life.

Goals
1. Spiritual health - Know God more in a personal way.
A. Read entire NLT Bible following the M'Cheyne Bible plan
B. Pray 30 min twice a week
C. Read devotionals everyday (Standing Strong thru the Storm + God's Plan for my Life)
D. Memorize a verse every week (Remember me app)
2. Mental health - Be a better man everyday.
A. Read 10 pages of a good self-help / nonfiction book everyday.
B. Dual N-Back - 3 sessions everyday

C. Read devotionals everyday (Standing Strong thru the Storm + God's Plan for my Life)

C. Listen to audio books during commutes
3. Physical health - Be fit.
Exercise 5 days a week for 20 min sessions (2-3 dedicated to lifting weights; 2-3 dedicated to exercise bike)
4. Emotional health - Be thankful.
Write 3 things I am thankful for everyday (blog)

B. Aim for BCPS certification after working 3 years in the hospital.

33. I am thankful for the ability to enjoy music especially this soothing jazz music that I'm listening to now.
34. I am thankful for my exercise bike and the ability to exercise.
35. I am thankful for my baby birds that I helped raise who show loyalty and companionship towards me.
36. I am thankful for my baby bunny who is so cute and fuzzy- the cutest looking bunny I ever had.
37. I am thankful for sanitation who help remove all the garbage, clean up the streets and plow the roads.
